Certificate IV Training & Assessment

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) is a newly endorsed qualification that has replaced the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198). The qualification has been separated into skill sets to allow participants to undertake units that are relevant to their job role and working environment. The full qualification is the minimum requirement for a practitioner who is required to design and develop training initiatives linked to national Units of Competence and is working for a Registered Training Organisation or associated business.
The TAA40104 comprises 14 units packaged as 12 core units plus 2 elective units.
Surf Life Saving WA has clustered units of competency into manageable and flexible courses or "Skill Sets"
